When it comes to how you communicate, you can expect a reflective approach that includes body language awareness, breathwork, meditation, and visualization techniques. These techniques enhance your connection with the audience and strengthen your stage presence, resulting in more relaxed and impactful communication.

The effectiveness of our communication is deeply influenced by how the brain functions. Whether your audience feels seen, recognized, connected, bored, or convinced is closely tied to neuroscientific principles. My training uses these foundations, providing a solid basis for compelling communication.
Communication trainer is for me the most beautiful profession on earth. If you look closely, you see and hear so much more than just the message: how someone stands, sounds, looks gives endless information. Are you at ease, do you stand behind what you say, how do you feel towards your audience?

The best example of what sincere and accurate communication looks like, I got áfter my studies in Political Science and Journalism at the University of Amsterdam. I started my career at the editorial office of the NOS Jeugdjournaal and worked for 10 years as a debate trainer with children. Their lack of frills is still my greatest source of inspiration.

Over the past decade, I have helped hundreds of corporate teams, professionals and leaders to strip away any frills and find their own authentic style. Combine that with a good story and awareness of your body language, and you always get a relaxed speaker who connects and moves his audience.
